Salmon pizza / Crab pizza

8h after starting fermentation.

Fermented dough has many layer structure!







This is inside of the dough!







There are many cells induced by fermentation!!






Topped ingredients
Salmon pizza







Crab pizza





And baked them!




I make the dough of the salmon pizza thin!
So, it was very crispy ^_^





In opposite, the dough of the crab pizza was thick.





 It became neapolitan style.
