Making Toy Berimbau

Only the way I ( have No money) get my berimbau is making this instrument.

I used bamboo instead of biriba.

Wash a bamboo branch with neutral detergent.

After washing, dry it for a week.

Sand the knots and edges bamboo branch.

Varnish whole of the branch.

Wrap the tape and wire on two edges.

Make 4 holes and thread a string through the can.

Last step, tie the can to bamboo and wire.

This is toy berimbau!

Poor butterfly remained its wings

 

I found an odd thing like a pupa made with butterfly wings on the roof of my house.

It might be wings of a swallowtail butterfly.

It was rolled with spider thread.

Its body might be eaten.

How long was it on there..?

Cherry blooming

Early April, cherry trees were blooming.

Now, almost of them have green leaves.

Odd Fruits hanging on...

One autumn day, I found black fruits hanging on red fruit...

The world has many funny things like this.

Plum flowers were blooming in the blue sky

Last Sunday, I found the white plum flower were blooming.

The white flower and blue sky were so beautiful!

There were only them.

We can see such a view in only this season.

H2O model made by CaCl2

I found a perfect model of H2O.

It made by CaCl2 grains.

This was made by chance in a reagent bottle.

Chicken Teriyaki

Mix soy sauce, sugar, and sake (rice wine).

You may be able to substitute white wine for sake.

and

Confit chicken thighs in the sauce for about 30 minutes.

Next, grill them for 6 minutes under medium heat.

And

Confit them in the sauce again.

Grill their another side.

Heat the remained sauce.

Put grilled chicken and heated sauce to complete!

Make Smoking in pot

Here are some ways to make smoking!

1st,

Put chips in a pot directly without separating poultry (meet).

Using this way, smoke works on foodstuff  very well

but

products are burn.

2nd,

Separate chips and foodstuff with tin foil.
The foil has some small holes.

This way, meet isn't burn,

but

smoke doesn't work well.

3rd,

Smoke meet with tin foil without holes.

In this way, I made some interstices between pot and foil.

No burn and smoked well.

The 3rd way is the best to smoke without smoking device.

Chrysalises and imago of ladybug

In a warm day in winter, 

I found chrysalises on a tree. 

This was white-orange one.

Was it immediately after casting off?

Accumulated temperature was enough to move for this ladybug?

Boiled poke with coke.

This wasn't tasty as I expected.

I failed seasoning.

Combination for nibbles

Anchovy and camembert cheese.

Easy and tasty combination!

Homemade bagna cauda

Mix anchovies, olive oil, garlic and fresh cream with heating.

That's all!

In the center of this photo,

2 lines of cloud were crossing.

Wind directions were opposite in 2 areas?

Were these Earthquake cloud?

Rain droplet in early morning

A droplet on a broccoli leaf..

It projected mysterious pattern.

Plum flower blooming

In early January, I found plum flowers blooming.

And here is a sprout.

It was so cold day but sunlight were warm. 

Spring might be coming closer.

Frog with a fallen leaf

A tree frog was sitting on my car with a fallen leaf.

Why was it there?

Fallen with the leaf?

Brown ants ate horned worm

Dyed hornedworm & brown ants eating it.

I didn't know the worm were hunted by them, killed by disease or parasites.

Reasons of  its death weren't important,

Eating for their lives was most important.
