Appetizer made with a century egg


A century egg.
We can eat it as is but the section of it issues offensive odor.









 Then, I camouflaged the smell with Korean pickles.
I topped them on a cake of soybean curd.

This was so delicious as snack!

This is a century egg.
It was made under ash and its inner condition turned into alkaline with NH₃ smell.

These white patterns are crystals of protein.









Alkaline condition may make chemical arts like this.

Koudzu island

 This island has a sight like alpine.

























From the opposite side, we can see the pacific ocean!










I visited this island for my work.
This guest house I stayed had a good atmosphere of a country.
