Basil and chicken pizza

Breast meat of a chicken & Basil leaves I picked in my garden.

This month is the end of season for basil 

So, I  must use out the basil leaf.

Soaked diced chicken & basil in olive oil for 8h.

Baked chicken was used for pizza.

This is chicken & basil pizza!

Remained meat was.... 

baked

and

Became snack to have with a beer!

Anchovy and basil pizza

Basil leaves and anchovy were on the pizza!

Dough was so-so:-

Tops went well!

Anchovy and basil pizza

Put chees to cover anchovy.

Top basil after 4 min baking.

And, bake it for more3 minutes.

The oil left in sheet was tasty!
