Sawara Shinjuk autumn festival

Sawara Shinjuk autumn festival (held in Octber)  is one of the intangible cultural heritage.

This festival has been going since Edo era.

I parked my car in a parking far from the venue.
So, I went to the venue by a boat!

In the festival, many dolls made in Edo~Meiji era are used.

The dolls are about historical figures.

 

I saw them eating traditional  Fish-shaped pancake filled with bean jam.
