Chicken skin pizza

I made two types of pizza.





One was green pepper and cheese pizza.







Dough was thin so very crispy.







                                        
The other was chicken skin, green pepper and cheese pizza.






Same dough was used for this pizza, too.
                                       




    
Dough was so crispy & chicken skin was juicy.


Recipes is....
•chicken skin
Soften with salt, sugar & black pepper.

•dough
Mix bread flour and dry yeast with proper quantity water.
Next, ferment it for 1h in 40℃ oven.
Then, bray for 3mm sheet.

Set ingredients on the dough and bake it for 10 minutes in 200℃ oven!
